All Concierge Assistants are hired as PRN (as-needed) team members. Hours and schedules may vary based on client demand, availability, and service needs. While additional hours may become available over time, hours are not guaranteed.

APPEARANCE & UNIFORM POLICY

At Serene, we aim to maintain a polished, approachable, and professional appearance that reflects our brand standards and helps clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported.

Our appearance standards are designed to create a warm, elevated, and trustworthy experience for seniors, active adults, and families.

Team members are expected to:

·       Wear approved Serene branded apparel while working

·       Maintain clean, neat, and professional grooming

·       Present themselves in a warm, respectful, polished, and professional manner

·       Follow all appearance and dress code standards while representing the Serene brand

APPROVED ATTIRE

Approved bottoms include:

·       Black work pants

·       Khaki pants

·       Black jeans

·       Dark wash jeans

·       Medium wash jeans

Jeans must:

·       Be clean and professional in appearance

·       Have NO holes, rips, tears, or distressing

·       Be mid-rise or high-rise only

·       Fit appropriately and professionally

·       Not be overly tight, revealing, or sagging

FOOTWEAR POLICY

Approved footwear includes:

·       Clean professional sneakers

·       Neutral work shoes

·       Supportive walking shoes

·       Closed-toe professional flats

The following footwear is NOT permitted:

·       Crocs

·       Flip flops

·       Slides

·       High heels

·       Open-toe shoes

·       Dirty or excessively worn footwear

NOT PERMITTED

The following are not considered professional attire while representing Serene:

·       Ripped or distressed clothing

·       Low-rise jeans

·       Pajama-style pants

·       Athletic shorts

·       Leggings without appropriate coverage

·       Graphic or inappropriate clothing

·       Clothing that is overly revealing or unprofessional
